No. Whilst Platinum Executive Cars is located in Birmingham, we are ideally situated to service the whole of the UK covering all major Airports and Cities.

Yes.We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all through the year. Our standard office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, however, we also offer an out of hours booking service for businesses on account. We also provide our Chauffeur’s contact details for all pre-booked jobs, so you can contact them during your booking.

Yes. Our team will send an email confirmation for every reservation made via our website, email or telephone, within 24 hours of booking.

We can set you up an account by which you can pay us by BACS, or alternatively we accept all major debit and credit cards. On some occasions we may also agree to accept cash, please discuss your payment requirements with Head Office when making an enquiry.

No. We appreciate that this is out of your control and want to help you get your journey back on track. We will track your flight so will be aware of any delays or cancellations and your landing time. We will charge if applicable any alteration to the journey originally booked and quoted for.

No. Parking charges and tolls are not included in our quotes and they will be added to the final invoice.

Absolutely! You will be sent the details for your Chauffeur in advance of your collection. Your Chauffeur will contact you upon arrival at the pick-up point.

Our Chauffeurs will track all flights and will wait for you in the arrivals area (after baggage claim). They will be holding a name board so you can spot them easily. They will also contact you on the number you provide to say exactly where they are to make a smooth connection.
